About this cartoon: Donald Trump's preliminary budget called for eliminating all funding for the arts and humanities (National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, Public Broadcasting, etc.). Heaven forbid that "making America great again" would include any art, literature, science or other enlightenment.
